Fitness forms (types of workouts I teach):

I. Conventional & Functional Training for strength & weight management.

II. Multi-style Yoga for holistic health approach, flexibility

III. Mindful meditation & Intensive Pranayama(Breathing exercises)

I conduct classes, workshops at gyms, institutes & corporates and I have my studio in Andheri. Been an interesting journey so far...

First time when I started my fitness journey I had no plans and no goals in mind as I started my career to pursue my master's in finance while my inclination towards fitness started from working out in the gym; wherein I discovered a lot about my body. One of the key pointers was my flexibility apart from doing just regular non-functional training. I learned to flex myself in different ways which did let me go deeper to understand where I could reach. And that was the time when I thought of trying out yoga to attain a higher level of flexibility for my good. But yoga wasn't just about flexes it was more about "Mind, Body, Soul".

Just from that moment I kept striving harder and harder and rediscovered myself with a new level of enlightenment, reaching a goal that led me to Certify as a Professional Yoga Trainer. Though yoga has been a prominent part of me I do take the chance to train functional and conventional training along with a blend of Yoga which I name it as A FUSION YOGA. I am on an adventurous journey of finding my true self whilst trying to be a better, happy, and stronger being than I was yesterday! Being fit at any age is a must for everyone to enjoy a good quality of life with their loved ones. Fitness and yoga are my lifestyles with no destination. Motivating people to include physical exercise in their daily life. Found my solace in yoga, self-learning & exploring moves. My approach towards fitness is to set realistic goals, focus on long-term sustainability, discipline, motivation, should have no space for ego while training works not only on strength, flexibility but overall holistic health & wellness. stop looking at the numbers on a scale, Focus on the journey, not the destination, Joy is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it. It doesn't matter what form of workout or not workout activity you do to achieve, giving that time to your inside-out fitness matters. This journey has taught me to love myself the way you're and be super confident! It's healing from the inside first and of course, you see the results outside. A certain disciple in lifestyle choices goes a long way in maintaining better health and fitness. I do nothing exceptional other than try and be consistent with healthier daily routines. There are people way better in strength and talent and I emulate them and try to learn from them. Love yourself enough to live a healthy lifestyle. friendly reminder to give some time to your mental and physical fitness today.

Music Therapy: Being a vocalist I can relate so much to Music therapy as it uses different aspects of sound to improve your emotional and physical well-being. How it works depends on the method being used. listening to music, singing along to music, moving to the beat of the music, meditating, playing an instrument, etc. Throughout history, music has been used to boost morale in military troops, help people work faster and more productively, and even ward off evil spirits by chanting. Research has linked music to several health benefits, from boosting immune function and lowering stress levels to improving the health of premature babies. There are a few different types of sound therapy, each with different benefits which we use in our session as well, Guided meditation is a form of sound healing in which you meditate to voiced instruction, In a session. Meditation can involve chanting or repeating mantras or prayers. This offers several health benefits, including stress reduction, decreased anxiety and depression, improved memory, reduced blood pressure, pain reduction, lower cholesterol, decreased risk of heart disease and stroke. Given that everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, it makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel. That’s why particular songs and types of music often bring about specific types of emotions from us. Sound healing, which is an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony, plays upon this as well. Like with most alternative healing modalities and meditative practices, everyone’s experience is different, and new things may come up in each session. Most people will feel very relaxed and peaceful during a sound healing; some might have visualizations, receive creative downloads, or have an emotional breakthrough. Others may go to “the place,” to a mental state in which you are not quite awake and not quite asleep. It often feels like you’re floating peacefully through time and space.” Meanwhile, some folks may emerge from a dreamy sound bath feeling more wired than blissed out. Again, each experience is unique. Music soothed the soul during one of the most deeply soulful and spiritual points in life.

Spirituality taking charge of your health & wellbeing: Spirituality is a broad concept with room for many perspectives. In general, it includes a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves, and it typically involves a search for meaning in life. As such, it is a universal human experience—something that touches us all. People may describe a spiritual experience as sacred or transcendent or simply a deep sense of aliveness and interconnectedness. Emotional health is about cultivating a positive state of mind, which can broaden your outlook to recognize and incorporate a connection to something larger than yourself. “You do not need to know precisely what is happening, or exactly where it is all going. What you need is to recognize the possibilities and challenges offered by the present moment, and to embrace them with courage, faith, and hope.”Like other reflective practices, mindfulness can be a tool to discover how spirituality manifests in your life. Mindfulness teaches you to be aware of what is happening in your body and mind in the present moment and open to it with curiosity and kindness. This allows you to explore beliefs, perspectives, and experiences in a new way that might lead to new insights around spiritual questions. I radiate what I seek on a spiritual journey.

Nature Connects: Nature is medicine for the soul. Walking outside, whether through a wooded trail, public park, or breezy coastline, can have a miraculous, almost magical, impact on our mental wellbeing. The healing properties of the outdoors are well documented by scientists and spiritualists alike, with almost every culture around the globe demonstrating a certain degree of reverence and respect for the planet. Nature is an act of divinity and should be treated and respected as such. Regardless of your spiritual belief, spending time outdoors can help you relieve stress and find balance; and fostering a stronger connection to our natural surroundings requires only an open mind and a bit of focus. A good place to start is going for a mindful nature walk. By paying greater attention to your surroundings, you’ll learn to appreciate and find solace in all the sensory elements of the outdoors. By paying attention to the sound of the wind, the heat of the sun, the smell of the foliage, you’ll slowly begin to release your stress and find a sense of calm. There are four elements on this planet: earth, air, fire, and water. Although every landscape differs, every landscape usually contains all four elements to some degree. Most common natural escapes include the mountains and forest (earth), the ocean (water), or the desert (fire). Air is found everywhere and in constant motion even though you cannot see it. Air represents intellect, mental intention, communication, the breath of life, and connection to the universal life force. Earth represents grounding, the foundation of life, substance, nourishment, stability, fertility, connection to life path, and family roots. Fire represents energy, transformation, connection to personal power, and inner strength. It represents a purifying power and means light. “Nature holds the key to our aesthetic, intellectual, cognitive and even spiritual satisfaction.”

Art, music, and dance describe me the best. Creating and offering value has a trifold return. And it doesn’t end there; it’s also one of the best ways to improve and motivate yourself. I hope I can add some value and can inspire people in the best way possible.
